Accommodation

As the Hofburg Conference Centre is located in the heart of the city centre close to the Herrengasse Metro station (U3), delegates will have ample opportunity to take advantage of the surrounding attractions.

EuroCongress have been appointed as official Site Agents for hotel accommodation for e-2004, and can be contacted by e-mail: e2004@eurocongress.org or phone +43 1 867 49 44. They offer a selection of 3 and 4 star hotels, most of which are situated close to the city centre and very well served by public transportation. Delegates should download the hotel booking form, complete and return by fax to +43 1 867 49 44-9. While EuroCongress will try to accomodate delegates first choice, it is important to bear in mind that rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and your first choice cannot be guaranteed. Delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation early, due to limited rooms available in Vienna during this busy period.
